Be Mindfully Aware
A programme of guided audio meditation.
"Be Mindfully Aware" produced by Nick. Thank-you to all my teachers over the years. Any mistakes in this presentation are entirely mine and I will be happy to correct what is required. Everything offered here is tried and tested by me and many others who completed the programme. It comes highly recommended.

"Clachmhor" is the name of our home. It is Gaelic for "Big Rock", We have one in the front garden put in place as a feature by the builders.

This is version 3 of the website. 20th. May 2020
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. (

As you look at a sunset, the sea, or a beautiful painting, or simply meditating, at home, you can enjoy peace and happiness, calm and inner joy, as the mind becomes clear and perception sharpens. This is a taste of the realm of awareness whilst not judging, not thinking, just being aware, at peace
, and living each moment as it happens.
The cursor stops the scrolling. This resource is about developing the skills of mindful meditation. Do not try to read all the notes first!  Instead,  click on "Enter Website" (button below). On the following page click on "Meditations", "Introduction Before Meditation" and listen (7 minutes), in comfort. When it has ended click on "Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday Mindfulness of Breathing" (21 minutes) and, without judgment, enjoy what you are doing.
Welcome! Click "Enter website" to come walk with me, in your imagination, down the path to the sea to experience more happiness and peace. We are at French Beach, near Victoria, Vancouver Island, Canada. This is a special place for me where I have meditated several times sitting on the bench that you see on the image.
